Kevin S. Deptula

and CEO

Kevin S. Deptula began his career with McBride and Son Homes, Inc. as an Assistant Project Manager. Deptula received his Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering from the University of Missouri – Columbia in 2002. Early in his career he spent time as a contract administrator, estimator and superintendent. In 2004, he was promoted to Project Manager in the North County Division. During this time he oversaw all aspects of several communities including estimating, sales, construction and marketing.

Deptula was promoted to General Manager of the St. Louis County Division in 2007. During his time as General Manager he oversaw all aspects of the homebuilding and selling operation. He worked closely with the land development division to purchase and develop properties in the St. Louis area.

In 2011, Deptula was named General Manager of Builder’s Bloc Contracting, a Division of McBride and Son Enterprises, to oversee all aspects of the company’s foundation, flatwork, carpentry, and drywall divisions. As of 2012 he was promoted to President. In 2015, the Builder’s Bloc ESOP Trust was formed for the acquisition of Builder’s Bloc Contracting Services, LLC from McBride and Son Enterprises. Currently, Kevin serves as the President and CEO of Builder’s Bloc Enterprises, Inc. and its subsidiaries. Builder’s Bloc Enterprises, Inc. is an Employee Owned Company.
