Gary Baniak

Gary started his employment with McBride and Son Contracting in 1973 as an Apprentice Carpenter. After his tenure at the apprenticeship school he became a journeyman carpenter. Gary quickly rose through the ranks to become a carpentry foreman, carpentry superintendent and in 1983 became General Manager. In 2004, with conversion to the company to Builder’s Bloc Contracting, Gary was made Vice President over all of Builder’s Bloc companies in the St. Louis vicinity. Gary currently holds the title of Director of Business Development. Gary is responsible for seeking out new business opportunities for all divisions of Builder’s Bloc by developing and implementing plans designed to increase business with existing customers as well as capturing new opportunities in the marketplace.
